Cakes
Our sponge and chocolate cakes do not contain nuts however we can not guarantee nut free. Our cakes are not made in a nut free enviroment.
All cakes should be stored in a dark, cool place
Sponge, chocolate and Carrot cake will keep for 3 days after delivery.
Fruitcake will keep for months.
Orders
We would prefer 2-3 weeks notice on all cakes ordered and 3-6 months for wedding cakes.
If you would like a cake but are not within the notice period. Please contact us, we may be able to assist you.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking for any cake under the value of £75.00
For Wedding Cakes, a £50 deposit is required with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to the event.
Delivery
We can deliver your cake. Please contact us for a quotation. The price will depend on the distance between us and the delivery address
If you prefer to collect you are more than welcome to collect from our premises prior to agreement
Cancellation
There is no refund on cakes cancelled
Complaints
Complaints must be received within 48 hours on receipt of your cake. Please ensure that the cake or part of the cake is returned within 3 days.
The maximum refund we offer is the value of your order. No other compensation is available.
